The mission of the City of De Pere Fire Rescue Department is to provide the highest quality, proactive and reactive, fire and rescue service of a modern nature.

This service shall include, but not be limited to:

  • EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

  • INCIDENT RESPONSE

  • TRAINING AND EDUCATION

  • PUBLIC EDUCATION

  • FIRE PREVENTION

  • FIRE SAFETY INSPECTIONS

  • CODE ENFORCEMENT

  • MUTUAL AID

This service is to provide protection to the lives and property of the citizens of the City of De Pere, the taxpayer, those who work in or those who visit the City, from the adverse effects of medical emergencies, fire or dangerous conditions caused by man or nature. Per City Council supervision the Fire Rescue Department Officers shall provide services via the most cost effective method possible while upholding a high level of service.
