Community Service: Heritage Hill State Park, a community mental health board, United Way allocations committee, and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. He volunteers at soup kitchens, food pantries, nursing homes, Meals on Wheels, and Streetlights Outreach. He also works with youth as a basketball coach and referee, a Cub Scout leader, a baseball umpire and coach, choir director and school social worker.
