The City of De Pere Public Works Department is overseen by its Director, Scott Thoresen, P.E. Our Water Division consists of five crew members who maintain our watermains and sanitary sewer laterals throughout the City. Their workloads are managed by our Foreperson, Dan Carpenter. This part of the Water Division is located at the MSC at 925 S 6th St in west De Pere.
The Water Department Secretary, Karen Hornick, coordinates our administrative services at City Hall, located at 335 S Broadway in east De Pere. She is available to assist residents with any questions about our Water Services and Billing.

GENERAL WATER INFORMATION
Quarterly bills are based on meter readings collected at the end of February, May, August and November. Bills are sent to customers on the first of January, April, July and October. Bills are due on the 20th of the month sent. Past due bills are assessed a 1% penalty on the unpaid balance each month.
Payment by check can be mailed to the De Pere Water Department, 335 S Broadway, De Pere, WI 54115 or taken to Festival Foods at 1001 Main Ave in West De Pere. Festival Foods can only accept check payments from the 1st through the 20th of January, April, July, and October.
Cash payments will only be accepted at the Water Department Office, 1st floor City Hall at 335 S. Broadway.
Past due bills and final bills can only be mailed or dropped off at the Water Department Office at City Hall There is a drop slot to the right of the old City Hall front entrance that can be used anytime. The drop box is checked daily.
