City of De Pere, Wisconsin

The City of De Pere operates under a Mayor-Council-City Administrator form of government as provided by State law.  City Administrator Lawrence M. Delo is the professional chief administrative officer for all City operations and is appointed by the Common Council.  He reports directly to the Mayor and City Council and is responsible for executing the policies established by the De Pere City Council.
