The De Pere Police Department has many different roles and functions including:

  • Patrol Officers (17)
  • Patrol Sergeants (6)
  • Detective Sergeants (3)
  • School Resource Officers (4)
  • Community Resource Officer (1)
  • Traffic Enforcement Officer (1)
  • Community Service Officers (non-sworn)
  • Police Records Division
  • Police Technical Support Analyst

In addition to performing their primary job functions, our officers can also participate in secondary functions including:

  • Field Training Officers
  • Police Training Specialists (D.A.A.T., Firearms, E.V.O.C., Professional Communications, Vehicle Contacts, etc.)
  • Joint Brown County SWAT Team
  • Brown County Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force
  • Brown County Mobile Field Force
