Background

I’m currently serving my first two-year term on the De Pere Council - representing the city on the Finance/Personnel Committee and the Board of Park Commissioners. I have voted to uphold the city’s comprehensive plan, for policies that keep De Pere open and operating safely, and to expand the police department with a social worker position. I brought the city and the chamber together to create the Business Relief Grant Fund. I developed the State of De Pere Address three years ago and continue to manage the annual event. I work at St. Norbert College as the Director of Business Engagement. My professional, volunteer, and civic activities are closely aligned and focus on the well-being of families, businesses, and the city of De Pere.

Why I'm running

My interest and commitment to civic engagement was established well before my role as an alderperson - previously serving three years as a citizen representative on the Plan Commission and as an active member of the Strategic Visioning & Branding Committee. As a board member of the Chamber - I sit on the Economic Development Committee which manages events such as the De Pere Business Walk. These efforts provide meaningful communication channels between local businesses, the chamber, and city government. A vote for me means you’ll have continued representation from a fellow citizen who is deeply invested in our community.
